Who knows you better than anyone else?

Probably it is YOU, but not always. Ask yourself what do you know about you. Obviously, it will be a long list. But how long?? 🙂

For young children and infants, their mother or caretaker knows more about themselves. It is said that infants do not know they are a living being distinct from their mother. They are not  aware about their self or existence.

We usually think we are the one who knows us better than anyone else. At the same time, some people believe somebody else know them better than they know themselves. Personality factors play an important role in such beliefs. People who are high in introversion tend to believe they know themselves better than anybody else. It is natural that their belief will usually be true. Because they don’t share much of their thoughts and feelings with others, their personality is known better only to that persons. Predicting their behavior is sometimes difficult to others. On the other hand, extroverts tend to share everything with others and thus they become more predictable and open.  They often consider their best friend(s), parent, teacher, or spouse as the one who know them better than anyone else.
